DUNIX

Dunix was nominated for the National Historic Registry in 2018.  This alluring structure was a simple farm house in the early 1800s until it was "upgraded" several times by the Matthews family.

 The Matthews were an affluent family from NYC that would travel to Dunix for the summer.  John Matthews was known as the Soda Fountain King, as he started soda water in America.  

Jayme and his wife, Barbara, currently reside at Dunix and began restoration of this beautiful property in 2016.
